How much is shipping, and is it free?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 21 business days for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. You will not need to ship the item back.
Are your products organic?
We focus on organic and naturally sourced herbs, teas, oils, powders and mushrooms, sourced from growers we trust and checked by hand before they ship.
How should I store my teas, powders and oils?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal the packaging after each use to preserve freshness and aroma.
Are these products a substitute for medical advice?
No. Our products are intended for general wellness and personal use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
