Shipping policy

At Herbaty Organics, we pack every order with care and ship it as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under this amount are charged a shipping fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Domestic orders: 3 to 7 business days.
  • International orders: 7 to 21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Where We Ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products or destinations may be restricted due to shipping regulations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help locate it.
